1. Platform role

Relax Mitra provides a platform for customers to request home grooming, beauty, makeup and wellness services from service professionals. A booking is subject to locality, date, time and professional availability.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a request does not by itself guarantee an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when Relax Mitra communicates confirmation through its official channel.

3. Pricing and transport

Prices and applicable transport charges will be disclosed before confirmation. A ₹199 transport charge may apply to eligible smaller bookings. Qualifying packages may include a free home visit.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and address details, ensure a safe and suitable service environment, and disclose relevant allergies or sensitivities.

5. Professional conduct

All services must remain professional, consensual and within the agreed service description. Harassment, inappropriate conduct, illegal requests or unsafe conditions are not permitted.

6. Health and safety

Wellness services are not medical care. Customers should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules will be communicated before the live launch and before a booking is confirmed.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The final published version will state its effective date.
