Relax Mitra is planned as a home-service platform. Services are delivered at the customer's address, subject to availability.
Which areas do you serve?
Initial target areas are Delhi, New Delhi and Gurgaon. Exact locality coverage will be confirmed when you request a booking.
How are transport charges calculated?
A ₹199 transport charge may apply to eligible smaller bookings. Qualifying packages may include a free home visit. The applicable charge will be shown before booking confirmation.
Can I choose a male or female professional?
You may indicate a preference in the booking request. Matching depends on service type, locality, availability and applicable operating policies.
How do I pay?
Online payment is temporarily on hold. Payment instructions will be shared through the confirmed booking process when the service is ready to launch.
Are massage services medical treatment?
No. Relax Mitra wellness services are non-medical relaxation services and are not a substitute for diagnosis, medical treatment or physiotherapy.
How can I cancel or change a booking?
Contact customer support as early as possible. Final cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules will be shown before launch.
